Running Relieves Stress
Running is known as a great “stress reliever”. Many people go for a run to energize themselves and get the day off to a good start. Others jog or run after a hectic workday. Besides clearing your mind, running can be therapeutic in helping solve problems or proactively putting you in a better frame of mind. Anytime I have a problem I need to solve, or something stressful happen at work, running always erases that stress. I have found that when I start running with a problem on my mind, I have a resolution by the time i'm done running. I think this is why I enjoy running alone. It's kind of my time to clear my head and think about the day. While running, you can take a step back from the rest of the world. So, if you've been stressed out lately, it may be that you need to exercise! It has been proven, that people that exercise regularly are happier than those that don't...........
